Tim has worked in almost every aspect of the legal field. He has been a Trooper in the Michigan State Police, where he served the State of Michigan by enforcing the law, investigating criminal complaints, and handling traffic matters and road patrol.

 

  He has worked as an Assistant Prosecutor in Berrien County, where he stood for victim's rights, handled numerous criminal trials and appeals, and acted as the chairman of the Gunboard in Berrien County, overseeing the issuance of concealed pistol licenses.

  Since 2015, Tim has operated his own firm in private practice where he continues to advocate for and assist individual clients navigate the legal system in the areas of criminal defense, driver's license restoration, expungements, and estate planning.
